?carb solutions candy bar?

I bought a carb solutions candy bar with almonds. It indicates on the front "o sugar carbs". When I read the nutritional info on the back it showed 15 grams total carb, 1 fiber and 12g sugar alcohol. Does that equal 8 carbs with atkins.

Here is how I would calculate it...

15grams - 1 fiber and 12 sugar alcohol

2gram count for Atkins
