I haven't been updated on any of this, I have been super busy at school. What is this? Can someone please clue me in??? I feel lost!

It's a modification on the traditional cyclical keto diet - it means Targeted Ketogenic Diet and it is used to sustain a more rigorous workout program....it merely involves ingesting the majority of carbs in one's diet around workouts.

Can anyone tell me if the book Body Opus has info on the Tkd?? I am still in the dark about this fat loss plan can anyone get me a few more details???
Also when do you use the skittles or sweet tart rocks?

heremego, no, i don't think BodyOpus has anything in there about TKD.....
