Default Fried Egg and Hamburger

this makes a yummy breakfast, or brunch or lunch

make your own hamburger (I use a 50/50 of gr beef and gr pork), cook it up

when done, spread lightly with mayo

fry an egg over light, place it on top of burger and mayo

yum! tastey and filling

Hmmmm...I might even use LC Bread with that and kinda make it a sandwich, that would be good!

Works well with a sausage patty, too. Add a little cheese and you have a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit (hold the biscuit, please...).

yeah, sometimes I do that for DH--spread one side of a slice of LC bread with mayo, top with a slice of American cheese and grill the other side on griddle in melted butter until crispy and cheese melts (like one side of a grilled cheese sandwich).

top cheesy side with burger and egg

DH seems to like it, a real rib-sticker for the day!

I love the runny part of the egg so this sounds good.
i used to have overlight eggs with about 3 pieces of bread and butter, but those days are over.
