Default Only 5 days in...

and I cheated by eating a whole bunch of cookies. I have a hard time staying on the diet when the pantry is full of crap. I live with my parents for now, and the pantry is fill with 2 bins full of chips, cookies, etc. I just had an urge for chocolate...i feel so bad now! Ive lost 4 pounds in 5 days, have been in ketosis..is this slip going to take me out of it? And will have have to go thru all the weird yucky feelings i went thru in the first 3 days again?? Ugh..the cookies were so not worth it...

I know how you feel. The cake I had Saturday for a birthday party was great cake, but not worth the pain I went through later. I'm going to have to find another way to honor my friends than eating their birthday cakes.

I don't think you have to start all over, especially if you're having trouble getting started at all. Just, remember that low-carbing is better for you. Do the best you can.
