WELL IM HAPPY TO SAY ITS WEEK 3 DOWN AND I HAVE LOST ANOTHER 3 POUNDS MY TOTAL TO DATE IS NOW 20 POUNDS LOST
15 OF THAT ON ATKINS AND 5 ON MY OWN BEFORE I MADE THE CHANGE TO THIS WOL.
IM STILL SO HAPPY THAT IVE CHANGED EATING I WOULDNT SEE THIS KIND OF RESULTS DOING LOW FAT NOT EVEN ON WIEGHT WATCHERS DID I SEE THIS KIND OF RESULTS.
I EVEN THOUGHT I HAD A BAD FEW DAYS AT THE END WITH NOT EATING ENOUGH (I HAD BEEN IN BAD JAW PAIN AND FINDING OUT I NEED A ROOT CANAL

)
SO I HOPE I CAN DO AS WELL THIS COMING WEEK
