My Fitness Log
This is the first entry in my fitness log. I figure, hey, if I post to this list every day (or so) I might be able to track my progress a little better.
I've been working out regularly for a little while. I stopped my Nazi regime about three weeks ago when I started taking Paxil. Since then, I've really started packing on the weight.
I'm really dedicated to getting back into the swing of things. I KNOW that I feel a lot better when I workout. Funny how you forget that when you're in the middle of feeling good. lol
I'll post my workout results tomorrow, as I have a date with Bally's this afternoon.
