Sorry we don't have the book yet, can you tell me if corned beef is allowed on induction?

I have eaten Boars Head corned beef from the beginning and it is the one I know that is all meat, 0grams of carbs. Other brands have sugar and carb fillers added.

Should be fine as long as they don't add sugar. Make your own!

I eat it all the time, love it! As others have said just make sure it doesn't have sugar (nothing sold around here seems to, or if it does it's a super small amount).

Add some cooked cauliflower to the pan when you fry it for breakfast. It tastes just like Corned Beef Hash!
