Default iced tea??

I just found.Lipton iced tea with sweet and low in it.It says

NO calories,no fat no carbs,no sugar.
do you think this ok to drink?
I just realized its not decaff
Well maybe a few glasses a day.
I did see sugar free and decaff. iced tea too.I just was so excited this one had sweet and low that I grabed it.
what does every one think?
