Angry FLUID WEIGHT????

I am assuming since I lost 8 lbs on induction and have not lost any since (last sunday was end of induction, however, I've pretty much stayed on the 20g's) that I was just losing fluids or something???? It gets frustrating when you start this WOL and you start losing, then all of a sudden you do not. I have not lost any inches either, so I don't know..
I am still going to stick to it, but maybe this means this isn't the "diet" for me????

We'll see....

Chelle

Nobody loses fat directly in a straight line. It's ALWAYS a matter of fits and starts. To know if this is the diet for you, ask yourself if you've lost weight (yes, you have), and how do you feel on this WOE. I'd say that the end of Induction is not the time to pass judgement on this "diet" (which is really a WOL). My bias is that you will have stalls on any diet plan, but on low-carb you get to feel good (i.e. have energy, not be hungry) while you're doing it!

Chelle:

You cannot truly 'judge' if this is the WOL for you unless you have given it some time.

I have been on this WOL since June and even though I have only lost about 17 lbs, and have stalled for the past 3 months.

I feel GREAT.

I have energy after I eat instead of always feeling overstuffed and tired.

My health has much improved. I have high Chloresterol and bad liver.

I am not so worry about the pounds anymore since I see the changes in my measurements.

I am not an exercise fanatic but with all the abundance of energy from this WOL. I have started walking during my lunch hour and at coffee time while I am at work. (It adds up to about 70 minutes a day of medium walking) And I nibble during the day so I never feel hungry and drink about 12 glasses of water.

I think the benefits of this WOL is much more than pounds lost.

Keep at it and you will see some results. Good luck.
