Amazing. I have lost 6 lbs. in 3 days. I realize that probably half of that or more is water/fluctuating weight as you are only supposed to weigh yourself weekly, but after taking that into account I've still probably lost 2-3 lbs. That's like a pound a day, and I'm not hungry AT ALL! I almost always feel full!

That's wonderful! Just keep in mind that the pace of weight loss will not stay as lightning fast as the first week or two. And also your weight may fluctuate due to water retention, hormones and other factors. But the overall trend will be downward- just don't get discouraged if the scale hardly moves or moves up occasionally.

Keep on track and you'll be on your way to goal.

I can only weigh weekly. It always fluctuates, peaks and valleys. I had an 8 pound loss in 10 days and then I've had two weeks with no loss at all.

As long as it doesn't go up and my clothes keep getting looser, then I'm happy!
