Exclamation Why TOM causes a whoosh

Just thought I'd share something else today-
I was reading a Fitness magazine last night that had an article about how to handle cravings that occur during your period. The ob/gyn who was writing it explained that it is often natural to have those cravings, because having your period causes your body temp. to rise-and RAISES your metabolism, causing you to drop the pounds you may have put on with those cravings.

For once in the many years of going through TOM hell, I can actually look forward to it !

Okay - that totally made sense. I usually get a big whoosh after TOM and look forward to it as it usually sticks around for about 2 weeks before I start packing on the water again. (hehe)

But, just as I suspected. this time around, for the FIRST time since on this program I gave into those cravings! Under alot of pressure with a job promo at one job and starting to teach at another. No excuse, but giving in the cravings sucks, because i had no whoosh this month. :

Lesson learned! lol
