psyllium

i've bought psyllium husks capsules, it says to take 2 three times a day, do i need to take this many?

Is that like fuel tablets,energy?
I ask because i`m taking Ripped Fuel and i do have to take 2 capsules 3 times a day.

fibre

no fatima these are soluble fibre to make me'go' as i was was very constipated with thid diet, but i don't want to take too many and end up the opposite, i do take a multi vitamin and calcium tablets every day.

What are in the Ripped Fuel tablets? Are you finding you're lacking in energy on this WOE as most people find the opposite?
