Yeee haw!
This is not so bad after all. I thought the first couple of days would kill me, but I have survived!!! I'm on the 5th day and I feel great!! I have felt a little sluggish but not as moody!!! My body feels more grounded now. I know I need to add more exercise to my plan. Now where's my motivation??? I feel as though my stomach is not so jiggly!!
I do confess that I was whining way to much in the beginning. This site helped me get over that! Thanks!
