Default Something totally different this time

Hi All

I'm from a family of overweight women. I've been dieting off and on, up 30, down 30 for most of my life. Several years ago, I even worked for Weight Watchers as a leader. Then, last year, the weight just wouldn't come off. The scale roller-coaster was always a huge problem for me too.

Now I'm here, and in my 3rd week on this WOE. My goal is TOTALLY different this time, and things have NEVER, EVER, EVER in my life gone so well with dieting. Know what I'm doing?

I totally ignore the existence of the scale. Others here are right; and I know this doubly from my years at Weight Watchers. But here's the MAIN THING I'M DOING DIFFERENTLY. My goal this time around is to STAY on this WOE through the month of June. Every single day that I am completely faithful and loyal, I proudly circle the date on my calendar. It's not WEIGHT OR INCHES....IT'S WEEKS..TIME...DAYS..and BOY OH BOY does it feel good to circle those days on the calandar!!!

Just wanted to share, because this is working SO WELL for me.

Default Way to go!

Good fo you Wordlady . Like you, I've tried many other programs and was never as successful as I am with this one. On the LC WOE you really have to accept that this is a lifetime plan and not a quick fix or a "diet".

You will succeed, and you will feel marvelous and healthy.

I'm pulling for you, our weight stats are the same.

Have a great LC day

I'm glad you found an approach that works for you!

I think we could all do better if we could each do the same.

BTW-you have agreat smile!
