Go BIG or Go Home!!!
Thought I would start an exercise journal. I've been pretty good about exercising just about every day since restarting Atkins in Nov. (5 to 6 days/wk), but thought a journal would be another way to hold myself accountable as I journey towards a healthier me.
It will also be nice to see my progression as at the moment, while I'm able to work out (doing combinations aerobic & anaerobic activities) about 40-60 mins., I'm still finding it difficult to get beyond 5-8 mins. on my step. I would have thought a month later, I would be able to go longer in my step workouts, but my legs are apparently really weak and in obvious need of much help . I used to run 5km/day and am hoping to one day get back into running. I don't like running outside & prefer a treadmill, so hopefully, when my legs have strengthened a bit, I will be able to afford a gym membership.
