Question Question about Dark Chocolate

Is it ok .... when you're really having a bad chocolate craving ... to pop a hershey's dark chocolate kiss? According to the label there's 20g of carbs per 9 pieces ... so that comes to a little over 2 grams per kiss ......... I'm dying here!!!!

First of all, congratulations on the 15 lbs weight loss!

I, too, love chocolate. If you want to satiate your chocolate cravings, something like Hershey Kisses (even if one kiss is low in carbs) contain sugar and are probably not the best solution. After all, who can eat just one kiss? I found Russell Stover's line of sugar free chocolate products including peanut butter cups, turtles, and truffles to be very good. And you are forced to eat in moderation because of the ingredients. For around net 3 carbs, you can have two pecan turtles.
