Question Low-Carb Bread Help Needed

I have been searching for low carb bread receipes. I've found a few but they all use fairly expensive ingredients, e.g. Final Bread. I'm on disability due to a stroke and money is tight. Does anyone have a receipe that is more reasonable in cost to make?

Thanks

Hmm. The ingredients in low carb breads are necessary for rise, texture and taste, so it's hard to come up with a substitute for a substitute for a substitute, if you know what I mean.

You may want to try flax seed muffins as an alternative. It's much cheaper and still resembles a bread like substance.

Question Moved?

Karen,

I'm still very new here. What does moved mean, and to where?

Thanks

ggrumpy, if you look up at the top of this page, you'll see that the post was moved to:

Active Low-Carber Forums > Main Low-Carb Diets Forums & Support > Kitchen: Low-Carb Recipes > Techniques & Tips > Low-Carb Bread Help Needed

By clicking on your post from where it was originally, it will take you automatically to where it was moved to.

Moderators will move posts to the areas that are appropriate for the question. Your post was in Karen's Corner, and will rarely get replies other than my own so I moved it to the Tips & Techniques section where it will hopefully get more "airplay".

Karen
