Question Losing fat and my shape

I have been on the Atkin's Diet for 13 days. I have lost some weight pretty rapidly. Now my scale has been stuck for the last few days, yet my body is changing everyday.

Is it possible to lose fat and/or inches and have it not register on the scales?

I notice that I have lost a lot of inches from my arms, legs, and backside, also my love handles are all but completely gone. The biggest change I have noticed is in my face and neck. The one thing that bothers me is that fat seems to have settled in my upper stomach (above the waist band of my trousers).

I am reasoning that I am losing weight all over and it is just moving to my stomach until I can get rid of it. Is this possible?

If someone has had this happen let me know, I am beginning to think I am doing something wrong. Any help would be much appreciated. Best to Everyone - Zach

This is very common. We try to always recommend (and the book too) to take measurements in the beginning because this happens so quickly w/ low carbing.

Also... if you read anything about a stall. It states that no weightloss or inches lost in 4 weeks. Because your body has to catch up with the scale sometimes.

Great attitude and glad you are aboard!!
