It's always a motivator to see peoples before and after pictures. Please post here. Please add start date and how long you did induction before moving to owl. Thanks guys. Just need a motivator. Sandra

I have pictures deep within my journal but I stayed in induction for a couple of months.

You may want to join our three month challenge and see lots of befores and on June 30th.... afters!
