Default Chocolate pancakes Yummmm

Hey their I hope you guys like it, I was in a mood to experiment las night and boy did it turn out good.Yumm yumm even my 4 year old liked it

1 cup of flaxseed meal
2 eggs
1/4 of heavy cream
1/4 of water
2 pc of unsweet bakers chocolate melted
3 TBS of butter
3 tsp. of vanilla DaVinci SF syrup (optional)
2 or 3 packets of spenda or other SF sweetener

Melt chocolate in the micro with the 3tbs of butter then mix in the other ingridiants together in whatever order you desire if the mixture is to thick poor water till desire consistancy.

When all this is done proceed to fry like pancakes
I fried them over butter and boy where they good about one min in each side on medium heat then poked with toothpick to make sure they cook well.

They where so yummy hot didn't even need syrup and boy where they good cold this morning with a cup of coffee.
Hope you guys like it..

I don't know how many carbs all I know is that flaxseed meal is good for you and that it each square of bakers chocolate has 4 carbs -2of fiber that equals 2net carbs per square I used 2 so that and the cup of flaxseed meal you guys do the math IM to far away from the kitchen

Hope you guys like it... It sure cured my sugar cravings last night lol.

Hey their Pattie, well for the flaxseed meal its 4 carbs per 1/2 a cup and it has 4 of fiber or so it said on the back of the pkg. = 0 net carbs
for the bakers chocolate for 2 squares its 2 net carbs and it all depends on how much heavy cream you use.. good luck on trying them out and remember you could adjust to the consistency that you think to be appropriate feel free with the flaxseed to poor more or less or even one egg instead of two etc. they really taste great. Hope you try them out.
