What do you weigh? How much BF? How many calories per lb of BW? What's the macro breakdown?

6'2'' 240 lbs. 16% BF. I think the more accurate question would be do I have to eat all my CKD calories for friday before I start the depletion workout and thus the carb loading phase. Thanks for the reply

Definitely not. I eat my normal CKD calories and macros up until the time of the carbup, and that's it. Sometimes I'll even take some dextrose and fructose 5 hours prior to the pre-carbup workout, and again 2 hours prior, shifting the body out of ketosis prior to the workout. Your Friday is a different day altogether.
