Default The End of Hell Week!

Hey guys, my "Hell Week" is coming to an end. For those of you people who don't know what I'm talking about.....during this week I was exhausted from working doubles, cheated on my diet, got a nasty cold, and my TOM. Now I'm finally burning ketones, I'm starting to feel better, and on top of that I was put to a "Special" test. I went home to visit my parents. I came out the victor because I made dinner, which was totally atkins friendly and nobody noticed the difference. My mom thought it was weird that I wanted to do the cooking, but I guess she does it enough to think that it was a nice break, so she let me do it. Put the past behind me, now I'm going forward with a vengeance!

What a grand idea! Sometimes bringing your own food seems somehow rude. This can be another way to ensure some low-carb dishes are available and give the regular cook a break.

Thanks for the idea

AWESOME! I know my TOM always sets me back for 2 weeks at a time. Seems I never loose during that time and then I start loosing again. I actually don't weigh myself weekly anymore. More like once/month cuz If I hit one of those bad weeks (chances are 50/50 for me) it just stinks. Also... that's great that you got away with the food thing. I plan on bringing enchiladas to this cinco de mayo party. I am going to make the white sauce kind with green chilis and chicken, monteray Jackcheese and try using LC tortillas. Hopefully it works. Annie
