Default Going on and off induction?

For all you pros out there...would it mess your body up if you do Atkins for 2 or 3 days and then, just do a regular day in which you eat more carbs?

I know how Atkins is supposed to be followed. I was just wondering what the health risks would be to do this.

Hello Michelle, I know some LC's here do a Re-Feed once a week. Eating all the HC foods they want in one day. I do not believe it will hurt you. Then you jump back on the wagon the very next day. There are some post here about Re-Feed...look it up in the search on top of this page. Good luck to you.
