Never seen any. There is lactose free milk but after taking out the lactose they add another sugar instead (clowns!).

I drink unsweetened Tesco value soya milk - it's almost carb free. The coop also has a brand. Be sure it says 'unsweetened' on it - they also add sugar if not!

Double cream is also OK in small quantities.

You get used to it! I only use it in coffee and tea and sometimes for cooking. If you really want to drink it, add some sweetener to it - it helps!

If you add a bit of Splenda and a teeny touch of vanilla extract, then it's very nice.

The home bake section in your supermarket - in teeny tiny bottles beside food colouring. Generally beside flour, nuts, dried fruit etc.

I must admit I gave up milk almost entirely on this way of life. Have not drank tea since as don't like this without milk, although abroad I'll drink tea with a slice of lemon. I have found that having ordinary milk ocassionally in tea is OK, there is not that much lactose sugar in milk.
