Default Help! I need sugestions on Fiber rich foods?

Any help would be great on this.
What foods contain the most amount of fiber? Or what are fiber rich foods. Any ideas on how I can add more fiber?
I am a snacker, always have been and like to ALOT!
If I can increase fiber rich foods in my diet I think this would help greatly in feeling full longer. Perhaps then I will not feel the need to snack on nuts and cheese all day long.

Thanks,
NoSunNoFun

Fiber and fat.. both will help!

My favorite combo is flax-o-Meal hot cereal with a spoonful of coconut oil in it, topped with a splash of heavy cream. A small bowl of this, and I'm fine for hours! Another "goodie" is a stalk of celery with cream cheese.

Be careful with the nuts and cheese! Both of them should be limited, especially at first. 3-4 oz of cheese a day, and small servings of certain nuts after induction are the general rules.
