Has anyone else noticed this
In the end when you are at your ideal weight, the people who live there lives with ease seem to be eating the things that are toted to be healthy foods, green vegetables-broccoli, asparugus, green peppers, spinach, lettuce, other greens, that berries are important and melons, that fish and chicken are usually included and that nuts are a good source of nutrition and that water is very important. Tomato, mushroom, olive oil are other additions. Does this eating plan sound familiar to anyone?
Dairy can be replaced by soya, or replaced by other sources of calcium and refined and processed foods are elimated. The only main difference seems to be the consumption of grain products and sugar. Can one survive with out grains, obviously the eskimo's did for years and the body turns protien into glucose in the absence of sugar. Just my two cents worth.
Yours Truely Jo-Ann
