Wink steady she goes...

Well, the monthly "testing of the scales" at K-mart was today and i am holding at 175lbs....BUT THAT'S OKAY!!!!

the good news is that although weightwise i didn't lose, i AM losing inches....i am now scaling down to a nice size 12...considering that when i started 3 months ago and could barely wedge myself into a size 16, i think sizewise of where i've been and where i am now and i am content with that for now

i have made some poor eating judgements this month which have NOT consisted of cheating but HAS consisted of eating hardly any carbs per day which resulted in my stall.....i WILL continue with a better WOE in month #4 and i'll keep the forum posted!

hey, Sherrybee -

Congrats on the new size. That's my goal too, more so than what the scales say (although, I'd appreciate if the scales would at least BUDGE in the downward direction .. ) ... And good for you too, to be honest enough with yourself to recognize your limits, and what's helpful or not for YOU.

debbie - What? Size counts?? You mean, I've been LIED to all these years? ..

Doreen
