Need basic support and accountability.
Today is day one: Aug 1, 2024

No real icecream for three months. This a hard for me. Hagen daz is special, fills a delight sensation. Ben and Jerrys is good but way too sugary. Hagen daz is just right. And a danger.

Rebel ok. Or other low carb type. Or low carb homemade ok.

Aug 1 to Oct 31

Adding another 90 day challenge. No fruit.No exceptions. Fruit is holding me up.
Day one is today Sep 12. 90 days is Dec 12, or close enough.

August: 5 Ben n jerrys or hagen daz. Progress!

Sept 1 no ice cream
Sept 2 no ice cream
Sep 3 225 no ice cream
Sep 4 no ice cream
Sep 5 lc blueberry ice cream
Sep 6 lc blueberry ice cream
Sep 7 no ice cream
Sep 8 no icecream
Sep 9 no ice cream
Sep 10 made fresh peach icecream with 3 AS
Sep 11 finished low carb ice cream
Sep 12 no ice cream
.
.
Sep 16 1/3 blueberries 🫐
Sep 17 no ice cream, a few dices of apple
Sep 18 no icecream, no fruit
.

Sep 21 no ice cream, no fruit
Sep 22 no ice cream, whole 😋 pineapple
Sep 23 228 no ice cream, no fruit
Sep 24 225 no ice cream, no fruit
Sat 25 no ice cream, no fruit
Sep 26 no ice cream, no fruit
Sep 27 no ice cream, slice fresh pineapple 😋
Sep 28 no ice cream, handful teaberries

Today is day 30. Despite myself I managed to go from 248 to 239. Lol

The goal is no wheat, potatoes, or sugar...
I had mixed success up until now. Try try again.

Hold on! This challenge is truly remarkable, cause its effective. Hard to change our habits and cravings but this methods aids in conquering old ways.

Oct 2 lc blueberry icecream, measured fruit to 1/2 cup portions.then enjoyed 1# medjool dates. Heaven!

As of Sept. 30th I weighed 238.
I've been up and down these 15 or so pounds so many times over the past year or so, hoping to break the barrier down to 230.

The goal is no wheat, potatoes, or sugar...
