I'm tired of being so lazy!!!
Why is it so hard to excercise? I always feel better when I do. I have a personal trainer that I see once a week for an hour...not enough time to get any results but I've been seeing her for 4 years. The reason, I for some reason feel accountable and will show up (not always but sometimes).
I won't even go for a walk or go outside or do a yoga video. What is the problem? What's my hang up here?
I have all the incentive in the world to take a walk or do some yoga but I don't.
Any one out there that break this horrible cycle? What helped you to form new habits?
