Hey - Can I get your opinion on Insanity. I have done P90X several years ago (5 or so) and had good results. But then i had my daughter and got fatter and more out of shape and am just doing basic stuff to try and build up my fitness.
I have Insanity (bought it like a year ago and was too scared to even try it). I know what their programs are like, HARD. So anyway do you think I should try it and just do what I can? Or continue with what I am doing until I build up a little more. Here's where I am now.
I do 30 mins at a moderate level and pace on an exercise bike 4 to 5 times a week, BW resistance and dumbells usually 2 or 3 times a week.
