Thumbs up I have changed my owrk outs again!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I joined the Y earlier this month, and now I am taking advatage of what they give to the members.

You can get you BF% tested and they also will help you put a 12 weeks plan together. I met with them today to set up my plan.
Today we did 5 out of 36 exercises on the Schwinn sets. It is cool I get a pin number and the computer will keep track of reps and weight and also what position I need my seat to be in.

Here is what we did today, not much but a start.

Leg press 10reps 84b, 10 reps 96lbs

leg curls 10reps 48lbs, 10 reps 48lbs

leg ext. 10 reps 24 lbs, 10 reps 24lbs(these I could really feel in my thighs)

lat pulldown 10reps 48lbs, 10 reps 60lbs

I did not get to do much cause the daycare closed at 1:30p and I got there at 1pm. I will be going earlier from now on.

on 10/28/03 I did cardio only
10 mins on treadmill for warm up
20 mins on the eplical( found out how to set it right today)

I will do cardio 5X a week and the schwinn system 3X a week.

Iam so pumped. I will do my cardio again in the morning.
