Good article. My approach to keto has always been really simple...veggies, meat, poultry, fish, eggs. And for veggies I range from tomatoes to kale, and everything in between. I need simple, easy to understand and follow, guidelines, without a lot of fuss around portion size or worrying about a little bit of balsamic vinaigrette.
Of course, I have used it for weight loss and have not yet figured out how to move to low carb (100 ish grams) without losing focus and gaining weight back. Maybe this time will be it:-)
