I think I can! I know I can!
Well... I decided to jump on the band wagon and keep a journal of my excersize.. soesn't seem like too bad of an idea at least I would keep myself on track..
I cheat though.. in a way.. I have a personal trainer...
Well today I went to training.. but I have a ligiment pulled in my left shoulder and a swelling in the cartlidge on my right breast bone.. so I didn't do too much weights.. but just minimal... I am pushing 160kg with the leg press.. so that is impressive..
One thing that I love with my training sessions is the boxing for warm up.. when I lose more weight I am going to do a boxersize class.. boxing rocks!
Well... that is me for the day... next session is a cardio session that we have down the beach Monday night.. looking forward to that... have run out of excuses as to why I shouldn't go!
This I hope will be my motivation..
