Just found this feature! Here is my forum intro post and my journal.

Right now I'm doing the 10,000 steps a day plan, wearing a little digi-walker pedometer. Typically I get 3000 or so steps in my regular day... this log is for my total steps and in parentheses walking time and other exercise.

July 14 - 12,226 steps (50 min walking session-- cold rain)
July 15 - 13,493 steps (45 min walking session-- cold rain)
July 16 - 13,982 steps (45 min walking session-- cold rain)

Excellent job, Alaskan Man .. smiles
Keep it up

At the rate I'm going, by the way, it would take me about 3 years to get that many steps in so really You should be quite proud ..

Default finally, some sun

Thanks!

Finally we get some sun! But I was only able to get in 9300 steps (cut short by needing to get to my son's soccer game)... can't make a habit of this...

would it look hokey if You followed the teams by walking on the sidelines? I mean when they are at one end of the field walk down there and when they are on the other end walk down there?
I don't know if that is possible but You'd have a better view and get some more steps in as well.

It probably isn't possible but I thought I'd throw it out there as it crossed my mind.

Good idea... I actually did do a few laps around the field while watching the game... next time I will get him there earlier so I can walk more and also catch most of his game. I probably could have gotten the other 700 steps by just stopping at the store and looking for some Splenda drinks on the way home
