This will probably be my last post of substance here as I have no set routine anymore. I just make sure I do something most days and the days I don't, I try not to eat as much

now: 21" (may see 20.5 but 19.5 is not realistic)

Lean Body Mass (LBM) 95 lbs (43.02 kg) Goal: 100 lb. now: 99.84lb
Body Fat Percentage (BF) 30.39 % Goal: 25-28% now: 22%!!
