Gym (300c) Sauna.
I have a cold at the moment which is the reason for the rather half hearted gym workout. I am trying to stay in the suana for longer to see if it really does have any positive effects. I would like to work the gym up to 500 c eventually but I think it'll take longer than the hour I can manage in the evenings. When I can sysle to the gym I might try it.
