went to the gym today. had off and then a tummy problem yesterday so i took it easy today. did 15 minutes of ellipical machine and got a mile done. not bad. the rest of the time was weights
inverted leg presses 8 reps 8times with 90 pounds. will increase next time
back extention 4 reps of 130 pounds 10 count
ab crunches with a 5 pound weight 2 reps of 10. was too light so next time is 10 pounds.
10 minutes in the suana not worth it today.
got on the scale at the gym and it read 176. not bad.
