Empty_One goes to the YMCA
Finally got moved in to my new house, and settled in. I have lost about 60lbs since March, and decided to start working out to tone up my lose skin, and get into better shape so I can enjoy this new body of mine to it's fullest.
I joined the YMCA, and they have offer a free for members 12 week course where they teach you how to work the equipment, and provide a newbie workout area so you don't get intimidated.
Yesterday was my first day, so I figured it would be a good time to start tracking what I have done.
They also offer tracking what you have done at htp://www.fitlinxx.com

Felt pretty good afterwards, but I don't know it I really did all that much. For the most part, my target heart rate was between 140-150, which is about 80% of my max heart rate.
I'm knew to this, so I'm not sure what I should be expecting as I continue on. Should it eventually take longer, and be harder to get my heart rate up?
