Nickie's steps to a beautiful body!
A couple of weeks ago another member opened me up to the idea of walking for 45 mins every day and I am proud to say I have pretty much stuck to plan. I really enjoy the walks... I did not realised how dependent I'd become on my car. Anyway the time has come for me to up the program a bit! I will continue walking every day but I would like to add a daily 15min abs workout and two 45min gym sessions per week. I know this may not sound much but I believe it's enough to make a difference!
