part of goals I set for myself last week.. not met.. because of all I had going on last week, plus an injury, I must admit.. adhering to the goals I set, (plus with the gym being closed over the weekend) were unrealistic for me..
I did meet my weight lifting goals, however, only got 4 cardio sessions in...
This week: will shoot for 5 cardio sessions, and 4 weight lifting sessions.
Monday, Feb 1st:
core/ab work with ball,
15 x 3 squats with ball,
weights: biceps, shoulders
25 mins HIIT elliptical
15 mins tread
Tuesday, Feb 2nd:
35 mins steady state cardio elliptical/w arms
LOTS of stretching
