just quickly checking in. the weight is coming off and the numbers are going down. despite times i might struggle i still havent given up. i am hoping to get back into the 230's by next week. it is motivating me more to stay on track. i have been checking in regularly in the food journal section and trying to get some exercise in. the food prepping has been a godsend. especially on workdays or extra busy days. it has made things easier in the long run!! hope all are doing well!!
