My technique to a sleek physique!
This is my first entry on a gym log. I have my low-carb journal, which tends to get off topic a lot, but with this one I will stay on track. Although I haven't worked out yet today, I figured I should start my gym log right this moment, before I procrastinate anymore.
I am going to the gym in 20 minutes...I plan on doing just cardio today. Will post the specifics later today.
...and here it is!
Cardio
Elliptical - 30 minutes (high-intensity)
Rowing Machine - 10 minutes (high-intensity)
Skipping Rope - 30 minutes
Abs
Regular Crunches x 100
Oblique Crunches x 100
