I have officially started the BFL challenge as of this morning.
4:00 AM - Whey shake, 2 oz Apple. 1000 mg Acetyl L-Carnetine W/Zinc and NAC.
5:00 AM - 50 min. BFL UBW ~ level 10.
5:50 AM - 5 gm L-Glutamine, , 1000 I.U. Fish Oil, 1000 I.U. Vitamin E, 1000mg Vitamin C, 500 mg Calcium W/Magnesium.
7:00 AM - 3 egg (egg beaters) omelet, 1/2 Ca Avocado. CoQ10, heart meds.
