W - 30 min High Impact Step, stretching
T - 30 min Slow Step (Toning Large Muscle groups and Low Intensity cardio), stretching
F - 20 min cardio, weight training, stretching
Monday-
40 min Hi Impact Step included abs. Used 1 set of risers. It felt Good!!! Sweated my tail off!! Face was beat red! Really pushed myself!!!
did lots of stretching afterward.
