So I have just started strength training! Today was my second day. I don't really know what I am doing so I am kinda using google to wing it!
Right now I am rotating days with upper body/lower body and doing abdominal work on each day. I am following the 5x5 routine - 5 sets of 5 reps with heavy weights. Tomorrow will be my rest day (which means just cardio!) but Friday I will begin posting my routine in more detail.
