I did notice that my leg is ok if I jog, not ok if I walk fast. I don't get it. I stayed between 4.5 - 5.7 MPH when I was jogging. 2 minute walk to warm up - 2 minute walk to cool down.

I tried the: Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes workout.

I ended up going 1.46 miles. Walking was done at 4.0 -4.5 mph and jogging was 5.5 - 6.0 mph

Total workout calories burned: 451 - 49 calories short of my 500 calorie a day goal so far
