Today I walked from the "hill" to downtown. The entire route of one of my busses. I also did RIU for the the first time since last summer. OMG I forgot how hard it was!

RIU day 3

I was so sore that it was hard to get through the workout. I am planning on walking down the hill today. I found a new route and it takes me about 40-45 minutes to get to my second bus stop. At least it's nice outside

I walked the hill yesterday

I did SIU this morning because I was sore, tired, and late.

Yesterday I did stretching, 100 crunches, and walked 1.3 miles

Not sure what I'm doing to do today. Maybe DDR and some crunches? Or Belly Dance? I just want to have fun!

I started a relaxation routein last night. Dit it this morning and it's great! I found free mp3 dounloads from McMaster University for :

* Track 1: Diaphragmatic Breathing
* Track 2: Progressive Muscle Relaxation
* Track 3: Autogenic Training
* Track 4: Guided Imagery

I'm putting them on my ipod and using them. I plan on using them on my commute to work, and maybe even in the lunch hour. I think I really need this....
