I've gotten my strenght back! Sunday I really worried myself, I was just dead tired all day, couldn't force myself out of my chair - not to run, not to clean, not to cook.

Finally got fed up and went and bought some orange juice, bananas and some whole grain bread. Ate quite a few carbs yesterday as well and feel fine and ran as I've grown used to.

So - induction level carbs is just too low for my now. Don't like to feel week.

Uh, I like that my runs are once again a battle against my cardio vascular fitness and not a fight against no fuel. It's a blazingly beautiful last day of summer and running along the water with a breeze behind me was lovely.

Did my long run on a new route today. Failed to notice the little lines on the map and stared at two whopper hills. Walked a bit - but got through it in a decent time.

Did a nice and easy short route - bought new shoes and didn't want to have to walk if they caused me trouble - they were fine.

Swam 1000 meter this morning and ran yesterdays route in reverse - lovely weather with a bit of that fall sharpness in the air.

I have been a bit lazy, but not that lazy: Ran on thursday.
Today I ran in perfect weather; No wind, comfortable temperatures and a light cloud over.
