Cool I love to exercise!

I used to live for exercise! I loved to lift weights, do aerobic dance, ride my bike, hike etc. What happened? I swear I will get it back in my life! I will start with landscaping every Tuesday at my Mom's and using my stepper that I've been ignoring. I will use it Thursday and Sat. Friday I'm in the labor ward so I should get a lot of walking in. I will add more as I go along.

Alrighty, I did 5 minutes on the stepper yesterday, and about an hour of intense yardwork. I feel peppier already!

Yesterday I walked for 45 minutes on a tour of the hospital where I will do clinicals. Up stairs, down stairs, all over! It was invigorating but today I'm achy from all the new exercise. I still have to plant 2 bushes tomorrow.

Today I did 2 hours of weeding, and although it sounds like nothing, it was 2 hours of digging, squats, bending, etc. I feel sore in my lower body so I know it was exercise! LOL

Yesterday I walked for an hour on the dike. I didn't see many birds, but the day before I walked 40 minutes and saw goldfinches. I did see a Great Blue Heron and an Osprey. I don't get as sore now. Sunday I put up a fence. Now that I don't have to study so much, I am a lot more active.
