What I learned. Well I definitely still have to wrap that rib! I did well until the pelvic rotations, which I did, then the pelvic tilts, well that was a different story, those are going to take a while to be able to do the full count. Other than that, the stretches were wonderful, the stomach exercises still work deep into the core. I am glad I decided to do these today.
